The Incorporated Management Committee

Our school established an Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) on 1^st March 2014 in accordance with the Education Ordinance. The IMC comprises 15 managers (including alternate managers), representing the sponsoring body, serving teachers, parents of current students and alumni, together with one independent manager. The IMC is responsible for:

(a) formulating the educational policies of the school in accordance with the vision and mission set by the sponsoring body;
(b) planning and managing the financial and human resources available to the school;
(c) accounting to the Permanent Secretary for Education and the sponsoring body for the performance of the school;
(d) ensuring that the mission of the school is carried out;
(e) ensuring that the education of the students is promoted in a proper manner; and
(f) school planning and self-improvement.
