According to the government’s epidemic prevention policies, our school will suspend face-to-face classes starting from this Friday (14th January), and hold online classes until the Chinese New Year holiday. 

Parents please note the following：

1.    Tomorrow (12th January) the school will distribute a special notice, detailing the arrangements for the suspension of face-to-face classes. 

2.    The school will distribute all needed workbooks and exercise booklets to students before this Thursday (13th January).

3.    14th January (Fri) is the trial period, 9:00am – 10:00am will conduct special online class, class teachers will speak on the general requirements for online classes, class timetable, class and passing period, technical testing, to prepare students. There will be no classes after 10:00am, parents and students can make preparations.

4.   17/1 (Mon) online classes will officially start.

6.    The vaccination to be held on Friday is cancelled, details will be announced later.  

7.    During suspension of face-to-face classes there will be no lunch provided, those who have ordered lunch will receive a refund.

8.    School bus services：the school bus company will not refund fees paid for January. If students need to go to school to take online lessons, the school bus company will provide services as usual.

9.  Extracurricular activities will be suspended until face-to-face classes are resumed, remedial classes arrangements will be announced later.

10.  During the suspension of face-to-face classes, the school will be open as usual, parents in need can arrange for students to go to school to take online lessons.

11.   The school will loan out tablets to students in need for online lessons (limited supply).

12.    Parents and students in need of special assistance can contact the class teacher.
